Numbers Matter is a high performance recruiting platform for tech companies. We use smart matching algorithms to triage the candidates and only expose your job offerings to the best and brightest.
Unlike other platforms, Numbers Matter performs a first round of screening before giving talents access to our platform. We use our unique methodology leveraging online assignments, company-picked interview questions and personality tests to give both the candidate and the company the best experience on the market.
Thanks to our founders relentless outreach and our platform satisfying results, we currently display offers from more than 500 companies: unicorns, industry giants, startups - all praise Numbers Matter.
The company was founded a year ago by two college friends, Jonas Abeyta & Matthew Bumpus whose bad job search experience led to designing the next generation recruiting platform: Numbers Matter. Before Numbers Matter, Jonas’s had an impressive recruiting record in big tech companies, and Matthew worked in the Bay as software engineer before shifting to data science.
